What better place to make a music video for the song,”The Fair” on 100 Monkeys upcoming yet to be titled album then The Greater Baton Rouge State Fair. We were thrilled to learn that the Greater Baton Rouge State Fair would be going on shortly after our arrival to Baton Rouge and were overjoyed to find out the fair was willing to let us also film our music video there. We love fairs and we hear that this is one of the best. We will be performing our song,“The Fair” live for the music video on stage on Sun Oct 31st at the Greater Baton Rouge State Fair and while we are there will will be playing a few other songs for the crowd. We are also going to do some giveaways so why not come down to the fair and spend Halloween Night with us! Tickets to get into the fair are $5 and it’s another $20 for unlimited rides for more information about it go to:
Ok…so after much discussion and consideration we have come to the conclusion that while we would LOVE to turn all the hotel packages into VIP packages, there are just so many hours in a day and since we have a show the night before in Dallas and therefore are getting in the day of and we want to make sure that we get time with everyone in the meet n’ greet…SO while we won’t be able to add anymore VIP packages to be available for purchase what we are going to do is….(drum roll please)…if you book a standard package your name will go into a drawing and one lucky room (so two people) will get upgraded for free to the VIP package. And to also make the standard packageEVEN BETTERanyone that books a standard room will get not only one but two autographed photosANDwill also get not one buttwo of the first run numbered DVD release of Live and Kicking Two and these will also be signed by the BAND!..please note the DVD’sonlycome with the standard NOT the VIP….though you will be able to buy the DVD at the show in Austin if you are in a VIP room but they will only come with the standard package.
We are working on plans to do more meet n’ greets at other shows so if you couldn’t get into this one please don’t fret there will be more opportunities…see you guys soon on the road!

The response for the VIP Packages for New Year’s was way more than we expected. We know that they sold out rather quickly and we are trying to work out making more avilable and if we can we will let everyone know ASAP but until then please note that the hotel has no control over how many we release so they won’t actually be able to do anything if you call and ask them to. I promise we are working on it and will let everyone know soon. We are also going to add something really cool to the standard package to make it just alittle better…more info on that soon…
Hey…just wanted to let you guys know that we only have 2 VIP packages left for New Year’s already and we are getting very low on the standard packages too…so if you are thinking about doing the New Year’s Eve Package don’t think too much longer…cause they will be gone!
